Shipping

In-stock vintage

In-stock vintage orders are prepared and shipped within 7 business days. Delivery time begins after the carrier accepts the package and varies by destination and service.

Original studio one-offs

Original studio garments are offered as one fixed-size unit per listing and require production before shipment. Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–4 weeks, but production, carrier, customs, weather, and peak-season delays can affect timing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping to United States addresses is free. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking is provided when available. Items with different fulfillment timelines may arrive in separate packages. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delays and unavailable items

If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by law. If an item becomes unavailable, the affected item will be refunded.

Returns

Return requests must be started within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in the condition received. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for ordinary return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Items expressly marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned for preference or fit. This does not limit remedies that may apply to damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.

Problems with an order

Report damage, a wrong item, or a material description error within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs. Do not send a return before receiving return instructions.

Privacy

ROOSE does not operate an email-marketing signup on this site. When you place an order, checkout and payment providers may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and payment information.

We use order information to process payments, fulfill and deliver purchases, provide order support, prevent fraud, keep necessary business records, and comply with legal obligations. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by ROOSE.

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers involved in operating the store and completing an order, including Stripe, hosting providers, fulfillment partners such as Tapstitch, and shipping carriers. ROOSE does not sell customers’ personal information.

Service providers may retain information under their own policies. ROOSE keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, disputes, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions, using the contact method below.

Terms of Sale

By purchasing from ROOSE, you agree to these policies. You must provide accurate checkout and delivery information and be legally able to enter into the purchase.

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; ROOSE may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory error, suspected fraud, pricing mistake, or inability to fulfill.

Vintage garments may show age, wear, fading, repairs, or other individual characteristics; vintage listings show the exact one-of-one item offered. Original studio mockups show the intended garment, color, placement, and artwork, but minor production differences may occur. Each studio listing remains limited to one fixed-size unit.

All site content and original ROOSE branding, photography, and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing an item does not transfer rights to reproduce its artwork or branding.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
